Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Artisan Forge Crafts, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted knives and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized knives

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of use or damage due to customer mishandling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at AFCknives@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at AFCknives@gmail.com and send your item to {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to {physical address}.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
